Today's roof replacement was the first part part of a three-step process to fix our attic black mold and rodent problems. I've never seen such an efficient Roofing crew in my entire life. And I'm a retired Tradesman. Beautiful work, Pleasant crew, great results, and the best cleanup imaginable. I'm looking forward to the two next steps including soffit venting and insulation replacement. OK, so one month later: the entire project is finished. The gutter crew came to cut in additional soffit vents. Grant was fast, efficient and payed attention to detail. Grant made sure the new vents were painted to match the soffit and siding. At the same time an outstanding crew tackled the insulation part of the project. Armond, Aron, and James worked as hard as I've ever seen in the trades or anywhere else. These guys sucked out the old foul insulation, sealed all penetrations, added new baffles, vented bathroom exhaust fans. It was a three day process ending with new cellulose insulation to R60. Again, attention to detail was fabulous. Respect for the house and clean ups were outstanding.

I cannot say enough from the beginning to the end!! They did the roof in one day & cleaned everything…we did not have to do the a thing…they also replaced skylights…Erick was incredible especially since temps were over 95 degrees…every person involved from sales to installation we're absolutely wonderful..old school quality with home town tradition 😀

Just had a new roof put on by Gabriel and his crew, the guys were organized, professional, and hard working! Great job on the roof and 3 skylights, and when they left you would not even know that they were here, great clean up! I would highly recommend Larson Keeney for any roof job! Very professional company, from the salesman with the estimate, to the crew and the work!

the old gutters were replaced by Grant Travers and Reese Mendez. Excellent craftsmanship and total clean up of the work area. that was hard work on a very hot day along with the very bad air quality from the wild fires. I highly recommend Larson & Keeney Home Services.
