I had rim joist (foam) insulation done on my home. They really provided great service at a fair price. The whole process was Easy Peezy. What more can you ask for from a contractor.
It started with Tom Gardner, the technician who visited to give me a quote. Tom was very friendly. He just took a few quick measurements and provided a very reasonable quote — no wasting my time with sales “upselling” and the like.
A few weeks later on the scheduled day, Aron Valadez and his co-worker Reese arrived, came when they said they would, and called ahead before leaving. I also got a text with Aron’s picture and information on his background and experience. I had put up some plastic sheeting over the washer/dryer, etc., to help protect them (my experience with spray foam insulation is it can be a sticky mess), but Aron and Reese put up even more. They left my basement spotless — no runs, drips, or errors!. I highly recommend Larson and Keeney to anyone needing a home service.
